Use Terms & Policy

The following are the Use Terms & Policy relating to the mining pool services provided on, "The website".

"Miner", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the pool’s use terms and policy. "The Pool", "Pool" and "We" refers to the mining pool services.

  1. GENERAL TERMS - By accessing and using the website, you confirm that you have read these Use Terms & Policy and accept and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not agree to abide by the Use Terms & Policy, you may not access or use the website and its services. By using the Pool you accept all risks related to experimental software usage. The pool owner and operator can't compensate any irreversible losses but will do his/her best to prevent such cases.

You acknowledge that mining rewards depend on numerous factors including but not limited to luck, network difficulty, latency, share reject rate, etc. The Pool can neither guarantee nor predict the reward outcome.

We reserve the right to terminate without prior notice permanently or temporarily the operation of any of our services, products or software. In such a case, the remaining balance in users accounts will be sent to the wallet addresses provided.
  2. DISCLAIMER, EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS - The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Pool excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Pool’s literature; and excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised the Pool of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

The Pool is not an e-wallet or a bank for your coins. The Pool and its operators are not responsible for any loss of coins which are stored on the Pool. It is your responsibility to configure your account/equipement so that the coins you mine are regularly transferred to your own secured offline wallet.

The uptime of the Pool or Website is not guaranteed, maintenance and downtime may be required at times. Users are responsible for configuring their miners so that they will automatically reconnect, switch to all the pools we offer or a backup pool in the case of downtime.

As mining is an intensive task for the hardware of your computer (CPU, GPU, ASIC), the process can cause high costs for electricity. The Pool is not responsible for any such charges.
  3. PAYOUTS - The Pool's payout schemes is PPLNT and fees range from 0.5% to 1% depending on the pool unless otherwise noted on the Pool's homepage. The Pool fee is deducted from the payout amount before the payments to the miners are sent.

The PPLNT "Pay Per Last N Time Shares" reward system is used to prevent "pool hopping". The Pool takes into consideration the amount of time you have spent mining in the current round and is compared to all other miner's time to determine a time period percentage.

To qualify your proportional shares, mine for at least 51% of the time period. If your shares are not qualified, your share count will be reduced using your time period percentage.

The reduction is to discourage "pool hoppers" and encourage loyal mining. PPLNT reduces the total count of shares, giving loyal miners a higher proportion of their hard earned shares.

The reward for each miner is calculated based on the above and forwarded to their wallets. Any rewards accumulated by a given cryptocurrency address may only be paid to that particular address. Wallet balances can not be merged.

Miners are responsible for any wallet address used for mining purposes. The Pool does not control and is not responsible for the wallet addresses provided by miners. The Pool does not manage or provide wallet services. Mining rewards are sent directly to the wallet address provided by you, the miner.

Do not mine to an exchange address, invalid address or any address you do not have control over. We recommend mining to a transparent address for full validation of payments using block explorers. All payments by the Pool can be confirmed by block explorers.
  4. MALICIOUS MINING - Malicious mining is discouraged and will result in termination of rewards and/or a ban. This inlcudes but not limited to share spoofing in order to trick the reward system, authentication and/or connection spoofing or any other mining activity which the Pool deems as malicious.
  5. FORCE MAJEURE - In an event or circumstance which is beyond the control of the Pool and/or the Website, including but not limited to acts of Gods, riots, wars, floods, fires, explosion, strikes and other similar events, the Pool will not be held liable for any delay, failure or disruption to provide mining services.
  6. INACTIVE MINERS - Miners showing no significant mining activity for longer than one year (365 days) may be reset at the sole discretion of the Pool Operators. Any remaining balance will be considered as a donation to the Pool.
